Giveaway Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 10, 2025

1. Overview

These Giveaway Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in any promotions, contests, or giveaways (“Giveaways”) hosted by OldManObserver on Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Gleam.io, or other platforms. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any additional rules posted for individual giveaways.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must have a valid Twitch account and not be banned or suspended from the OldManObserver channel.
• Entrants must comply with Twitch’s Terms of Service.
• No purchase, payment, or subscription is required to enter.
• Giveaways are open where permitted by law. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Methods

All active giveaways are managed through Gleam.io or directly on stream. Entry actions may include following on Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or completing other listed activities. Secret codes may also be announced during live streams for bonus entries. Each Gleam.io competition has its own start and end date and may run approximately once per month.

4. Bracket Challenge and Prize Selection

• From time to time, entries from an active Gleam.io giveaway may be drawn to participate in the Bracket Challenge phase.
• Bracket selections are weighted based on each entrant’s total number of valid entries.
• The final winners are selected through randomized bracket matchups, with odds proportional to each participant’s entries.
• The final winners advance to the prize selection phase, where a random draw determines their awarded prize.

5. Prize Pool Management

It is the intent of OldManObserver that all items in the prize pool will be given away over time across multiple Gleam.io competitions and other giveaways. When an item is won, it is removed from the prize pool. However, new prizes may be added to the prize pool at OldManObserver’s discretion.

6. Subscriber Appreciation Drawings

From time to time, OldManObserver may randomly select a current Twitch channel subscriber to receive a prize from the same prize pool as a token of appreciation. These subscriber appreciation drawings are not public contests and require no entry or additional action. They are separate from the Gleam.io giveaways and are not considered paid-entry promotions.

7. Prize Delivery

Winners will be contacted using the information provided in their Gleam.io entry or via Twitch. Failure to respond within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.

8. Disclaimers

• All giveaways are hosted by OldManObserver and are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or Gleam.io.
• OldManObserver reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its integrity.
• OldManObserver is not responsible for delivery delays, lost prizes, or technical malfunctions affecting entry or winner selection.

9. Fairness and Transparency

All drawings are random and fair. No purchase, donation, or paid action affects the outcome. Each entrant’s chance of winning is directly tied to their number of valid entries.

10. Relationship to Gleam.io Rules

Each individual giveaway hosted through Gleam.io may include its own official rules and eligibility conditions displayed within the Gleam widget. In the event of any conflict between those per-contest rules and this page, the Gleam-hosted rules will govern only for that specific contest, while these Giveaway Terms will continue to apply to all other giveaways and general policies.

11. Changes to Terms

These Giveaway Terms may be updated at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website, and continued participation in future giveaways constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
